It tells you which of your MSN contacts you're not being allowed access to.

Live Notifier is a curious utility for Windows Live Messenger with which you can see which of your contacts isn't allowing you access, so you never know if they are connected or not.

Live Notifier can even tell you which of those users have opened a conversation (whether to talk to you or not).

This plug-in is very simple to install, as you just configure the new option in the settings to create one called Live Notifier. From this moment on you will get much more information on the actual situation of each of your contacts in Windows Live Messenger at any time of the day.

NOTE: For Live Notifier to work correctly you must have Windows Live Messenger and Messenger Plus! Live installed in your PC.
